Forest City Military Communities current military housing portfolio consists of approximately 12,000 homes in Hawaii, Colorado, Washington, Illinois and Tennessee for Navy Region Hawaii, Navy Region Midwest, Navy Region Northwest and the Air Force Academy, under the Navy’s and Air Force's Public-Private Venture (PPV) program.

How To Apply for a Forest City Military Community:

All officers and enlisted personnel with accompanying dependents are eligible to apply!  Simply review the Qualification Criteria document, print and completed the forms and fax, email or take our Welcome Center and meet with one of our friendly Relocation Specialists.  It’s that easy!

The following forms should be completed in order to apply:

1. DD 1746 (Application for Assignment to Housing)
2. A copy of orders showing your detachment dates
3. A current LES
4. A copy of DEERS if your dependents are not on your orders
5. Forest City Application (below)
